The European Commission has endorsed the adoption of the European Pillar of Social Rights, which emphasizes the importance of cultural, social, and educational aspects in building a united and inclusive Europe. In line with the Commission’s vision for the European Education Area by 2025, the agreement prioritizes fostering inclusive education and gender equality, promoting social cohesion, active citizenship, and inclusion, and providing support for teachers, school leaders, and other teaching professionals. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted inclusion practices across the EU and the world, with students from disadvantaged families particularly affected by school closures. To address this, the project aims to provide an online learning resources hub for teachers that includes tools, audio-visual materials, methods, and guidelines to improve their competencies, knowledge, and skills in inclusive practices, as well as their digital competencies. The project also aims to support teachers in conveying common values and promoting inclusivity by providing measures to help them use digital tools and techniques in their teaching and learning. Furthermore, the project aims to enhance lifelong learning, guidance, peer learning, and mentoring opportunities for educational staff. With a focus on inclusion and diversity in all fields of education and training, the project aims to improve the efficacy and quality of education and training, enhance teachers’ creative talents and innovative practices, and modernize educational pedagogy to achieve its goal of inclusive education for all learners. The main aim of the project is to improve the competencies, knowledge, and skills of teachers in inclusive practices and digital competencies, and promote inclusion and diversity in education and training through an online learning resources hub, peer learning, and mentoring opportunities.
